MagNohl™ Magnetic Wedge Laminate
Magnetic laminate wedge materials provide a flux path that allows for better magnetic flux distribution to the stator core, reducing losses and heat rise. Induction motors commonly use magnetic wedges to help improve energy efficiency. Magnetic wedges can be produced consistently to a wide range of profiles with a tolerance of +/- .002″.
