SAINT LOUIS, April 26, 2021 – The Gund Company announced today that it had reached an agreement to acquire the assets of Port City, Inc. of Houston, Texas.  Port City, Inc. is well recognized for quality motor and generator insulation components with excellent customer service. The acquisition will further The Gund Company’s leading position as a fabricated insulation component supplier to the rotating equipment market.

This acquisition helps us continue to strengthen our core business in fabricated electrical insulation components.”
