The Gund Company Acquires Minority Stake in Powercam Electricals Pvt Ltd.
The Gund Company, a global leader in engineered material solutions for electrical insulation and structural components, is proud to announce the successful acquisition of a minority ownership stake in Powercam Electricals Pvt Ltd, a trusted supplier based in India.
This strategic investment marks a significant milestone in a partnership that began in 2012, when Powercam first became a supplier to The Gund Company. “Our relationship with Powercam has been instrumental in expanding our molded product and assembly offerings,” said Mike Moran, executive Vice President of Business Development at The Gund Company. “This investment secures the future of our collaboration and opens new opportunities for growth in North America, India, and beyond.”
