THE GUND COMPANY IS A VERTICALLY INTEGRATED MANUFACTURER AND FABRICATOR OF ENGINEERED MATERIAL SOLUTIONS. WE HAVE STRATEGIC MANUFACTURING FACILITIES IN THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, MEXICO, AND CHINA.

Our core focus regarding materials development and manufacturing is application engineering. We manufacture composite and thermoplastic materials that meet or exceed common material standards and the most demanding electrical and mechanical requirements.

This drive to provide application solutions has resulted in developing numerous custom materials per our customers’ specifications with exceptional mechanical, electrical, physical, and thermal properties that fit our customers’ specific applications. With over 50 years of composite manufacturing and machining experience, we understand what it takes to produce composite and plastic components used in critical environments such as physical vapor deposition equipment, energy storage, and aerospace applications.

FABRICATION CAPABILITIES

In addition to our comprehensive material offerings, we also offer a variety of fabrication and converting services.

After assisting you with the selection of materials, our application engineers can utilize our entire range of manufacturing and converting skills to aid you in finishing your components.  Our CNC machining and converting capability includes mills, routers, punches, saws, drills, brakes, waterjet, lathes, cutting, and more. The Gund Company also builds custom fabrication equipment to meet the requirements of the most demanding customer applications.
