the Acquisition of the
Von Roll Composite Business
SAINT LOUIS, September 2, 2025
The Gund Company is proud to announce the acquisition of the Von Roll Industrial Composites Business from Von Roll Schweiz AG and Von Roll Insulation & Composites Holding AG. The transaction was approved by the German Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWE) before closing. This division, which includes operations in Augsburg, Germany, and Bradford, England, UK, will continue operating under the name VRI Composites – A Division of The Gund Company.
