As a current member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), a global organization that learns through benchmarking and sharing, The Gund Company actively participates in continuous improvement events. Our St. Louis facility recently hosted a tour for the local AME Consortia. Over 25 visitors from different businesses attended as we demonstrated our five pillars of continuous improvement, team member development, and how our culture of listening yields tangible results.

Core Values are more than words on a wall at The Gund Company. The Gund Company’s Culture Corp has concluded a core value celebration that involved ten facilities in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and China.
The core values of Integrity, Connection, Respect, Trust, Teamwork, Passion, Growth, and Performance echoed through the walls around the globe at these facilities, as each month, a different TGC core value was highlighted. TGC’s Executive leaders inspired our team members by recording a personal video on one of the core values, what values mean, and the importance of it in their lives.
