    Composites and plastics in commercial aviation have grown significantly for decades. Most aeronautics components that were once metal components are now evolving into strong, lightweight, and non-corrosive materials, such as composites. These days, composite and plastic materials are commonly found in structural applications (Radomes, aircraft skins, and fuselage components), as well as within internal systems and electronics.

    The Gund Company manufactures a number of these strong, lightweight, non-corrosive composites as well as fabricating desired materials into parts that meet your tightest tolerances. In addition to custom engineered composite materials and industry-leading fabrication services, we also offer a variety of gasket and sealing materials.
